Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you got the wrong size or don't like the quality we'd be happy to exchange your purchase with another product of equal value. Please see terms bellow.
Important Hygiene Requirements
For health and safety reasons, all intimate apparel must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging with hygiene seal intact
Non-Returnable Items: Items with removed hygiene seals, worn items, or items without original tags cannot be accepted for return. Thong panties cant be returned. Bras, active wear, most sleep wear is returnable. Please be considerate when asking to return an item, Lingerie is one of those things were returns can be tricky and if an item is worn and unclean we cannot resell that item so keep that in mind.

2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
3. Ship to the return address provided by our team. It may take 24-48 hours for us to collect the return process info due to the number of different suppliers involved in supplying products to the store. We will need to request instruction from the third party who carries the product and this wait time varies by company - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. (I apologize for this, If we could offer free return shipping we would but then we would have to pay for your return out of pocket and as a very small company of less than 6 people we cant afford that right now)
