At Play Bunny, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate apparel that has been worn or had hygiene seals removed
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us through our Contact page or email Theone4U@playbunnyco.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
