At Play Bunny, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding to additional markets soon.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our email list to stay informed!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Fulfillment Partners
We work with trusted fulfillment partners and third-party logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely. Some items may ship directly from our suppliers.
International Shipping
We're currently focused on serving US customers but plan to expand internationally in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately through our Contact page or email shipping@playbunnyco.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes before shipment.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
